Vernon Dent is the son of the American Revolution. Also, Christine McIntyre is the daughter of the American Revolution. Both came from Old American stock.
Moe Howard, Shemp Howard, Curly Howard's father and mother came from Lithuania. At the time of the Three Stooges, Lithuania was independent at one time and unfortunately they are not around to see Lithuanian as an independent state once again. Larry Fine is of Russian (or Ukrainian) origin. Joseph Wardell, best known as Joe DeRita is a gentile and is of English and Portuguese origin.
Ted Healy, born Charles Nash, is of Melungeon origin due to his name Nash.
In Meet the Baron with the Stooges, Edna May Oliver is a descendant of John Quincy Adams, a Boston Brahmin, son of the signer of the Declaration of Independence, son of the President of the United States, and descendant of the Mayflower.
The very last complete sentence of the very last Stooges short produced:
Boy, this is the life! The line was delivered by Joe Besser. The very last complete sentence of the very last Stooges short released: Ole, a Winner! The line was delivered by Moe Howard. Ironically, Moe Howard is the very last person speaking on the very last film the Kook's Tour and his last word, "Sayonara!"
Actually, the last sentence of the very last short ever on the stooges is Ole, Americano!
None of the stooges are alive today.
Oh yes... that is very good...
